With the support and time of dedicated volunteers, we were able to successfully pack 100 pairs of HOPE Boxes, which will be sent to hospitals and local authority agencies across the UK to minimise the pain and trauma that mothers and babies experience due to separation at birth.
We wish to thank all who attended our event in June, from the Lancaster University Community to local midwives, as we would not have been able to pack the HOPE Boxes without their support. We give special thanks to the two of our HOPE Mothers who attended and gave their time to ensure the quality of every HOPE Box.
Our next packing event will be in September where we will be aiming to pack another 100 HOPE Box pairs. We look forward to seeing you there!
