Orders and Dispatch Guidance
On this page you will find guidance regarding ordering and arranging the dispatch of the HOPE Boxes, using the practitioner portal.
Ordering your HOPE Boxes
To order your HOPE Boxes, please go to HOPE services, and click on “request a quote.” By filling out the form, we can provide a quote to you, which we will send to the email provided on the form, as well as the finance contact, if provided. Please note that if you are buying training as well, the estimate generated by the form may not fully account for the block discounts that apply on larger quantities of training. The cost that is provided to you on your quote will be the correct price.
Once our team has accepted your request, your order will be trackable here. We will produce and send to you a quote, and we require a purchase order (PO), to proceed. Please send a .pdf copy of the purchase order to info@givinghope.org.uk. We cannot proceed with just the PO Number, a fully copy is required.
Upon receiving your purchase order, we will invoice your organisation, and once payment is received, update your HOPE Box Balance, visible on the HOPE Services Page. The HOPE Box Balance is a calculation of the total number of pairs your organisation has paid for, against the total pairs that have been dispatched. It provides an easy way of checking at a glance how many HOPE Boxes you have remaining.

Arranging Dispatch
Once you have ordered your HOPE Boxes, you will be able to request dispatch via the Dispatch Form, found on the HOPE Services Page. Please note that will not be a be able to access this form if your HOPE Box Balance is zero.
Once you have filled in the form, you will be able to track its progress here. We will update the status of your dispatch to show when it is approved, dispatched, and we will provide the tracking number for your dispatch. Unless stated otherwise, your Boxes are dispatched via ParcelForce. By putting the tracking number into this webpage, you can track the progress, and view proof of delivery.
Dispatch Dates
When you request the dispatch of your Boxes, we will take all reasonable steps to dispatch them to you within a month of your request. Please ensure that you request dispatches 7 business days before the end of a given month, so that we can process your order for dispatch during the month that follows. For reference, please consult the table below.
